EXPLAINER VIDEOS

An explainer video is a concise and engaging audio-visual tool that simplifies complex ideas or concepts, making them easily understandable to a broad audience. Typically lasting between 1 to 3 minutes, these videos utilize a combination of visuals, narration, and animation to convey information effectively. They are widely used by businesses, organizations, and educators to present products, services, or ideas in a clear and engaging manner. Explainer videos are designed to capture viewers' attention, maintain their interest, and leave a lasting impression, making them a powerful tool for communication and marketing.

PRODUCT VIDEOS

A product video is a dynamic and visually compelling presentation that showcases a specific product, its features, benefits, and value proposition. Typically ranging from a few seconds to a few minutes in length, these videos use a combination of visual storytelling, demonstrations, and sometimes narration to effectively communicate the product's functionality and advantages. Product videos serve as a powerful marketing tool, allowing potential customers to see the product in action and gain a better understanding of how it can fulfill their needs or solve their problems. They are commonly used on websites, social media, and in marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, engagement, and sales. A well-crafted product video can help build trust and boost confidence among consumers, ultimately influencing their purchase decisions.

MARKETING VIDEOS

A marketing video is a strategic and creative audio-visual content piece designed to promote a product, service, brand, or idea to a specific target audience. These videos aim to capture attention, engage viewers emotionally, and drive specific actions, such as making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter. Marketing videos can take various forms, including explainer videos, product demos, testimonials, and social media ads. They leverage storytelling, visuals, and often a strong call to action (CTA) to influence consumer behavior, build brand awareness, and boost conversions. An effective marketing video should align with a brand's messaging, be tailored to its target audience, and be distributed across relevant platforms to maximize its impact.

CORPORATE VIDEO

A corporate video is a multimedia production created by a business or organization for various purposes. Typically, it serves as a tool to communicate information, messages, or narratives about the company, its products, services, or values. These videos are professionally crafted and can vary in length, from a few minutes to longer formats. They are often used for marketing, training, internal communications, investor relations, or showcasing the company's achievements and culture. Corporate videos aim to engage, inform, and connect with the target audience, whether it's customers, employees, investors, or other stakeholders.

About the Client

Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin is a leading German university medical center combining patient care, medical research and education. Its activities include psychiatry, psychotherapy and mental health support.

The Communication Challenge

Anger is a natural human emotion, but understanding why it occurs and how stressful experiences influence emotional reactions can be difficult.

The communication challenge was to explain the relationship between stress, emotional arousal and anger in a sensitive, accessible format. The video also needed to demonstrate how unresolved emotional tension can affect interactions with family members.

Our Creative Solution

We used character-driven animated storytelling to connect psychological concepts with a realistic everyday situation.

The story follows Mykhailo, a father who has recently been experiencing considerable emotional tension. One evening, his son Artem is watching a cartoon and excitedly imitating the sounds of racing cars.

The noise becomes increasingly difficult for Mykhailo to tolerate. When his son starts crying, it brings back distressing memories of a crowded train during their evacuation from their hometown.

Overwhelmed by his emotions, Mykhailo reacts angrily and later regrets his behavior.

This family situation illustrates how previous stressful experiences can influence reactions to ordinary events. The animation connects the character's external behavior with the internal emotional processes described in the narration.

Explaining Psychological Concepts Through Animation

The educational narrative explores the protective role of anger, heightened emotional arousal and the difficulty of regulating reactions during periods of prolonged stress.

The video also discusses emotions that may follow an angry reaction, including guilt, shame and regret. It encourages viewers to recognize emotional triggers and reflect on how they respond to stressful situations.

The narration concludes by directing viewers toward additional exercises intended to support coping with anger and resentment.

Project Outcome

The completed Ukrainian-language animation presents complex psychological concepts through a relatable family story. It combines educational explanations with an everyday scenario to support mental health awareness and emotional self-understanding.

This project demonstrates style-video.com's experience in mental health animation, healthcare explainer videos, psychoeducational content and animated patient education for medical institutions.
